The room is average but the location is near to all places like shopping malls, restaurants and hawker house. Accessible to lrt station in which you can go to different places of interest. Breakfast is good. Room rate is affordable. I'll come back again to this hotel.
We can hear people talking on the corridor. Their soap was a little bit thin and can melt easily.

The hotel is located close to metro station (Rapid KL) so it is easy to go by foot even with luggage. The hotel price also includes good breakfast.
It was difficult to find the hotel on the street because the hotel sign was hidden behind street market kiosks.

Generally this hotel is a great experience for me. I will stay here again for my next trip if any.
There's nothing that I dislike about D'Oriental Inn but what I am goin to feedback here are some very small matters yet they are so visible to us. Things like pillows and hangers, why not provided more to us instead of just the miserable 2? Towers are quite rough, wishing it to be softer like at home? And what about basic coffee or tea...? After this, D'Oriental Inn will be just perfect...

Small hotel with marvelous room and facilities, The most shock is morning breakfast Nasi Goreng is very delicious with warm greeting from Waiter and Chef.We feel pampers and comfortable
We had nightmare during searching for this hotel, No signange,The unfriendly 2 indian girl reception show us they verbal map until 1 km far from the hotel.Luckily the phone pick up by Mr Suresh,He guide us until we reach the hotel. My wife was very frustated and my son very tired.Luckily when we reach the hotel we had welcome warm greeting from Mr Suresh and not from this 2 indian female receptionist.I Like this hotel and will recommend to my friend but the management need to train all the staff.

This hotel was disgusting, the rooms were so damp we coiuld not sleep in them.My friend spent the night outside the door as the damp was so rank. On leaving we paid in cash and then I returned home to find they had charged me full price for 3 rooms that were already paid in full. We thought it would be clean, friendly and run by chinese . Instead it was mouldy, smelly and staffed by indians who conned us and treated us badly. My friends had spent 5 weeks in asia and I spent 2 weeks. This was the only sour moment in the whole holiday.
Smelly, damp airless rooms. Surly staff who ripped us off .They saw we were exhausted, they knew my friend had been unable to stay in the room due to the smell and they then pulled a swifty by getting me to sign what was I now believe a form to charge my credit card just after I handed them cash. They saw I was distracted by a man hustling us to get an expensive taxi and rorted us. What a nightmare!! Never use this dump- it is exactly the sort of place that gives asia a bad name. As for complaints I have had no response to emails asking why the charge when we paid in cash -I will follow up with a formal complaint in writing but this place ruined a perfect holiday.

The rooms, though quite small, were clean and cosy
The location is obscure and difficult to find.
